EASOVA Customer Guide

Fill out the EOI form with your personal details, property information, and preferred dwelling size. The form supports both English and Chinese. You can submit up to 3 EOIs to compare different design options and quotes. When submitting a second or third EOI, your personal and property details are automatically pre-filled from your previous submission.

After submitting your EOI, register an account using the same email address. Your EOI will be automatically linked to your account, giving you access to the Customer Portal where you can track your entire project journey.

After logging in, your Customer Portal shows the current stage of your project (EOI, Tender, Contract, Pre-construction, Construction, Handover, Warranty). A visual progress bar lets you see exactly where your project stands at a glance.

Access all your project documents in the Files tab. Use the stage filter dropdown to quickly find files for a specific phase (EOI documents, tender quotes, contracts, construction drawings, etc.). Click any file to download instantly.

View your complete payment schedule in the Payments tab. Each payment milestone shows its status (Pending, Invoiced, Paid), the amount due, and a download link for the invoice when available. A progress bar shows your overall payment completion.

Use the Messages tab to send questions or updates directly to your project team. They will be notified immediately and can reply to you. All conversation history is preserved for your reference.

Your Portal displays all your submitted EOIs with status labels: New (recently submitted), In Progress (entered Tender stage), or Expired (30 days without progress). You can submit up to 3 EOIs and delete unused ones to make room for new designs. EOIs that have entered the Tender stage are locked and cannot be deleted.

Each EOI can receive up to 3 tender quotes. Use the 'Compare' button to select 2-3 tenders and view a detailed side-by-side comparison table showing all cost categories, subtotals, GST, and total price. The lowest price in each category is highlighted in green for easy identification.

Each tender now displays your assigned sales consultant's contact information including name, email, and phone number. You can click to email or call them directly for any questions about your quote.

After submitting your EOI, our system automatically performs a free preliminary assessment of your property using NSW government data. This checks 10 key factors including zoning, flood risk, bushfire risk, heritage protection, lot size, and more. You will receive a professional PDF report with the results and a recommended approval pathway (CDC or DA).

A Section 10.7 Planning Certificate is a legal document from your local council confirming zoning and planning restrictions on your property. It must include both 10.7(2) basic zoning information and 10.7(5) detailed planning controls. Some councils issue them as a single combined PDF, while others provide separate documents. Either way, both types of information must be covered before we can prepare your Tender quote.

Option 1: Upload your own 10.7 certificate PDF(s) directly in your Customer Portal — whether it's a single combined document or separate 10.7(2) and 10.7(5) files. Option 2: Purchase our procurement service for $330 (inc GST) and we will obtain the certificate on your behalf. The certificate must cover both 10.7(2) and 10.7(5) information before we can prepare your Tender.

Click 'Pay Online' to be redirected to a secure checkout page. We accept credit/debit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal. The fee is $300 + GST = $330 AUD. After payment, we will purchase the certificates and upload them to your Portal. A bank transfer option is also available if you prefer.

After your 10.7 certificates are analyzed, you will see a detailed report highlighting your property's feasibility, advantages, and recommended next steps. The report is available in both English and Chinese, and can be downloaded as a professionally formatted PDF. At the bottom of the report, you can request a free consultation with our professional team for a detailed proposal and precise quote.

When you sign a building contract with EASOVA, the $330 certificate fee will be automatically deducted from your contract total price. This means the certificate is effectively free when you proceed with your project. The rebate is clearly shown on your Tender quote page.

You will receive automatic email notifications at key milestones: when your site assessment is completed, when certificates are uploaded by our team, and when payment is confirmed. All emails are sent in your preferred language (English or Chinese).

When your project team prepares a tender for you, you will receive a notification. The tender shows a detailed breakdown of all costs: base price, site costs, transport, utilities, upgrades, compliance fees, and a clear total. All prices are presented transparently with no hidden charges.

If you agree with the tender, sign it electronically right from your browser. Draw your signature on the signing pad, and a professionally formatted signed PDF will be automatically generated and saved to your project files for your records.
