EASOVA Customer Guide

Fill out the EOI form with your personal details, property information, and preferred dwelling size. The form supports both English and Chinese. You can submit up to 3 EOIs to compare different design options and quotes. When submitting a second or third EOI, your personal and property details are automatically pre-filled from your previous submission.

After submitting your EOI, register an account using the same email address. Your EOI will be automatically linked to your account, giving you access to the Customer Portal where you can track your entire project journey.

After logging in, your Customer Portal shows the current stage of your project (EOI, Tender, Contract, Pre-construction, Construction, Handover, Warranty). A visual progress bar lets you see exactly where your project stands at a glance.

Access all your project documents in the Files tab. Use the stage filter dropdown to quickly find files for a specific phase (EOI documents, tender quotes, contracts, construction drawings, etc.). Click any file to download instantly.

View your complete payment schedule in the Payments tab. Each payment milestone shows its status (Pending, Invoiced, Paid), the amount due, and a download link for the invoice when available. A progress bar shows your overall payment completion.

Use the Messages tab to send questions or updates directly to your project team. They will be notified immediately and can reply to you. All conversation history is preserved for your reference.

Your Portal displays all your submitted EOIs with status labels: New (recently submitted), In Progress (entered Tender stage), or Expired (30 days without progress). You can submit up to 3 EOIs and delete unused ones to make room for new designs. EOIs that have entered the Tender stage are locked and cannot be deleted.

Each EOI can receive up to 3 tender quotes from our team, allowing you to compare different pricing options side by side. Once a tender enters the signing stage, the EOI is locked to preserve the agreed terms.

When your project team prepares a tender for you, you will receive a notification. The tender shows a detailed breakdown of all costs: base price, site costs, transport, utilities, upgrades, compliance fees, and a clear total. All prices are presented transparently with no hidden charges.

If you agree with the tender, sign it electronically right from your browser. Draw your signature on the signing pad, and a professionally formatted signed PDF will be automatically generated and saved to your project files for your records.

Ava is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click the chat icon on any page to start a conversation. Whether it is 2 AM or a public holiday, Ava is always ready to help you with your project questions.

Ask Ava to find specific project documents. For example: "Show me my contract documents" or "What files do I have for the construction stage?" Ava will display an interactive file list with download links.

Ask Ava about your tender: "How much is my total quote?" or "Show me my tender details." Ava will display a detailed breakdown card with all pricing information.
